1) Handle day-to-day system administration and Level 2 / 3 support on the following Microsoft applications
- MS Active Directory
- MS Exchange
- MS SCOM
2) 24x7 on-call Level 2 technical support
3) Perform Adds, Changes and Deletion of mailboxes and other Exchange-related configuration
1) At least 5 years’ experience in administration and support of the following Microsoft applications:
- MS Active Directory (MUST HAVE)
- MS Exchange (MUST HAVE)
2) Experience developing technical documents
3) Experience in providing Level 2/3 technical support on-site and over the phone.
4) Some experience supporting Blackberry.
5) Excellent communication skills
6) Willingness to be on 24 x 7 on-call standby
