Document Lifecycle Management System for SharePoint users to meet Regulatory Guidelines

The DLMS tracks and maintains Internal/ External documents in compliance with statutory guidelines. The workflow creates a single view of all enterprise’s documents and enables tools to monitor and control modifications supported by timely alerts.

The DLMS features a SharePoint Web portal with single sign-on, Integration to active directory with role management, Version control of documents, Document access controls, Workflow for document approval and reviews, Easy house-keeping and audit reports, Archiving facilities.

SharePoint is used in this solution, which allows enterprises to leverage the platform to other portals like Enterprise Portal, Knowledge Management Portal, Business Process automation and Business Intelligence portals.

This Solution enables the Banking, Educational institutions, Government agencies, Insurance, Healthcare, Retail and Manufacturing sectors to maintain and update Documents in compliance with rules and regulations across the countries.

The solution is available in two versions –DLMS Standard and DLMS Enterprise. It can be installed in both SharePoint Services (3.0 and Foundation 2010) and SharePoint Server (2007/2010).
