The Solution:A customized CRM application to facilitate the deal management, approval and analysis system for Asia Pacific wide sales force. The application has been implemented across 15 countries in AP region with a user base of more than 300. The application is integrated with many other application to provide a common platform for sales deal analysis.
The application has been developed and implemented in 4 phases involving various modules and integration in each phase.
